Bojano is approximately 15 minutes drive from Gdansk airport and is close to main roads. It is in a quiet location offering complete relaxation yet it is within easy reach of excellent facilities and shopping. Major supermarkets (including Real, Tesco and Auscham) are a 15 to 20 minute drive away. House of the Rowanberry Tree is situated in a small development outside the village of Bojano, where there are shops, doctors, chemist, butcher and general stores. The house is a fifteen minute drive away from the Tri-City and beaches, around 20 minutes away from the airport and ski-slopes, 25 minutes to the golf courses, 30 minutes to Rewa (Where you can walk across the sand to the Hel Peninsula when the tide is out) and a 60 minutes drive to the centre of the Kaszuby Lake District, Malbork Castle, Fromborg (Where astronomer Nicolas Copernicus lived) and the Hel Peninsula. There are buses all around the Tri-City and its suburbs. Also tramlines are useful if getting around in the city centre. There are lots of taxis available for hire, we have Taxi company numbers e.t.c available in the house. We also have directions when coming out of the airport and highly recommend a car rental service which will offer you a very competitive rate. |
